Program
Tips to get started
To achieve more international recognition and promotion, we recommend:
- Mention the pageant in your bio of your social media profile. For example: "Miss Spain @missmrperfectoftheyear".
- Mention us frequently on your social networks in photos, videos, stories, etc. We will share you.
- Show the world the making of your content and mention us. Everyone wants to see them!
- Get your link from the "Lookbook" and show it in your instagram profile. (It will be available when all candidates are presented).
Upload the contents
The candidates must to upload all the contents of the program before the deadline. Please, send the maximum resolution files. All content will be edited and published when the pageant begins.
Start the pageant
1.- Presentation photo
The pageant will begin by introducing the candidates with two photos. The mandatory requirements for the photo are:
- Two photos:
- From the waist up
- Full body
- Vertical and high quality photo (No B/W, no watermarks, no filters or AI)
- Full white background (No door or closet)
- Black cocktail suit
- Makeup, accessories and heels
- No crown or unofficial sash
Optional and recommended:
- Official sash can be shown (order here)
- The sash has to be placed in the traditional way on the chest (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo
This round will NOT score. The failure to follow the requirements may result in a penalty (see penalties).
2.- Presentation video
Now, the candidates have to present themselves with a video. This will be a great opportunity to win over the public. The mandatory requirements for the video are:
- Vertical and high quality video (No B/W, no watermarks, no people, no photos added, no filters or AI)
- Duration less than 2 min
- Luxurious or distinctive place. Originality to choose it
- Same outfit as the presentation photo
- Only english language is accepted
- No crown or unofficial sash
Optional and recommended:
- Official sash can be shown (order here)
- The sash has to be placed in the traditional way on the chest (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo
The beginning of the video will be saying the following:
- Hello, I am (name and surname) and I represent to (country/region) in the pageant Miss & Mr. Perfect of the year©. (You can mention your sponsor if you have).
Then, answer the following questions:
- What have you studied? What job do you have?
- What do you do in your free time?
- Why did you register for the pageant?
And end the video saying:
- You can see my candidacy and votting me through the official website and social networks of Miss & Mr. Perfect of the Year©. I hope your support. Thank you very much to all.
This post will be 15% of the total and will be scored by the independent jury. The failure to follow the requirements may result in a penalty (see penalties).
3.- Swimsuit photo
Each candidate has to show a photo in swimsuit. The mandatory requirements for the photo are:
- Vertical and high quality photo (No B/W, no watermarks, no people, no filters or AI)
- Full body
- Bikini, trikini and swimsuit are accepted. No thong.
- Creativity and originality to choose the place. Not in home
- Makeup, accessories and heels
- Sarong or pareo only allowed for Miss plus-size
- No crown or unofficial sash

- The sash has to be placed in the traditional way on the chest (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo

4.- Video parading in swimsuit
Each candidate has to show a video parading in the same swimsuit. The mandatory requirements are:
- Vertical and high quality video (No B/W, no watermarks, no people, no photos added, no filters or AI, no music)
- Full body parade as on a catwalk about 20-40 sec
- Same place and outfit as the swimsuit photo
- No crown or unofficial sash
Optional and recommended:
- Official sash can be shown (order here)
- The sash has to be placed in the traditional way on the chest (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo

5.- Talent show
Each candidate has to show a talent to the public. They can choose the talent they want such as singing, dancing, playing sports, etc. The mandatory requirements are:
- Vertical and high quality video (No B/W, no watermarks, no photos added, no filters or AI)
- Duration between 30 sec and 2 min
- Creativity and originality to choose the place
- Only english language is accepted
- Sexual connotations such as nudity, striptease, pole dance, etc. are prohibited
- No crown or unofficial sash

- The sash has to be placed in the traditional way on the chest (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo
The beginning of the video will be saying the following:
- Hello, I am (name and surname) and represent to (country/region) in the pageant Miss & Mr. Perfect of the year© (you can also mention to your sponsor if you have). I want to show you my talent.
At that moment, start developing the talent. And end the video saying:
- You can see my candidacy and votting me through the official website and social networks of Miss & Mr. Perfect of the Year©. I hope your support. Thank you very much to all.

6.- Evening dress / suit photo
Each candidate has to show a photo in evening dress. The mandatory requirements for the photo are:
- Vertical and high quality photo (No B/W, no watermarks, no people, no filters or AI)
- Full body
- Luxurious or distinctive place. Originality to choose it
- A very elegant evening long dress / suit
- Elegant makeup, accessories, and heels
- No crown or unofficial sash
Optional and recommended:
- Official sash can be shown (order here)
- Women: It has to be placed on the wrist of the arm
- Men: The sash has to be placed in the traditional way (hanging from the right shoulder)
- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo
This post will be 15% of the total and will be scored by the independent jury. The failure to follow the requirements may result in a penalty (see penalties).
7.- Video parading in evening dress / suit
Each candidate has to show a video parading in the same evening dress. This post will be 25% of the total and it will be decided by the counting of all the votes through our official website, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. All candidates will be published at the same time and will have a period to be voted. The mandatory requirements are:
- Vertical and high quality video (No B/W, no watermarks, no people, no photos added, no filters or AI)
- Full body parade as on a catwalk about 20-40 sec
- Same place and outfit as the evening dress photo
- No crown or unofficial sash
Optional and recommended:

- The text of the sash has to be readable in the photo
The instructions to vote on social media for the step 7 of the program is:
1º.- Follow the pageant profile
2º.- Like (and comment if you want)
3º.- Share a story to help (mentioning the pageant)
It is very important to follow the instructions, so the votes will be valid. Each profile can comment and share max 5 times. The final votes will be the sum of:
- Like: 1 vote
- Comment: 1 vote
- Share a story: 3 votes
TikTok
- Like: 1 vote.
- Comment: 1 vote
- Share: 3 votes
- Like: 1 vote
- Comment: 1 vote
- Share: 3 votes
- Stars: The same as votes on the official website
Official website
- The public can buy votes for their favorite candidate through the official voting system.
It is only allowed to buy votes through the official website. Totally FORBIDDEN TO BUY LIKES on social media. If the organization detects it, the candidate can be dismissed.
Final verdict
When the voting period is over, the jury will meet and add all the votes:
- 1. Presentation photo: Does not score
- 2. Presentation video: 15% of the total
- 3. Swimsuit photo: 15% of the total
- 4. Video parading in swimnsuit: 15% of the total
- 5. Talent show: 15% of the total
- 6. Evening dress photo: 15% of the total
- 7. Video parading in evening dress / suit: 25% of the total
Finally, when the pageant is over, the crowns and sashes will be sent to the winners!
After the end
The awards will be sent to each one of the winners. Each one will create content for an unboxing and then a photo with the awards. When the pageant is over, the details will be the details will be checked in this link.
If a winner does not fulfill their obligations after winning, the winnner may lose the title of queen/king.
