Categories

The participation requirements for each category are:

Miss (18 up to 29 years old)

- Female 18 up to 29
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

Mrs. (30 up to 44 years old)

- Female 30 up to 44
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

Lady (From 45 years old)

- Female over 45 years old
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

Mr. (-29) (18 up to 29 years old)

- Male 18 up to 29
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

Mr. (+30) (From 30 years old)

- Male over 30 years old
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

Plus-size

- Plus size female.
- It does not matter the marital status or children
- The organization reserves a pre-casting

General conditions

The jury

The jury will be made up of a minimum of 5 people or more and will be public and totally independent. The results of the jury votes will be recorded. When the pageant ends, the candidates may request to see the voting privately. It is strictly forbidden to contact the members of the jury. They are totally independent from the organization and the candidates. If a candidate contacts any of the members, the candidate may be penalized or even expelled from the pageant.

The transparency and professionalism is very important to us. We have to guarantee maximum transparency and that the scores cannot be modified. For this, each member of the jury will receive a copy of the scores. In this way, it is impossible to modify the scores because all copies have to match. This is similar to the blockchain security system.

Personal information

When the candidates are registered, they agree to transfer their personal information, photos and videos for dissemination through the channel that the pageant deems appropriate. Candidates also accept that the organization may transfer their information to third parties for commercial and professional use. This assignment will be from the registration to the pageant for an indefinite period of time and with international territorial scope.

Personal information will be processed in compliance with the personal data protection law. If any candidate wants their pageant edited or deleted, they must request it from the organization.

Image rights

The winners must sign a representation contract with a minimum period of 1 year from the moment the pageant ends. There is no territorial limit, this condition being valid at the international level. If there is someone interested in the hiring, use or exploitation of their image, name or video rights, they should consult the organization of Miss & Mr. Perfect of the year^©. The organization can create any type of contract, collect and invoice for the transfer of rights by any type of communication media.

Applicants program

Each applicant will get votes through the applicant program. If the applicant does not get enough votes, they will be saved for the next edition. The refund of voting money is not allowed.

Pageant

Inscription

Interested persons can register through this website. There will be a registration phase of a specified duration. The organization may extend the term according to needs. The pageant will be able to decide which candidates are presented. When the term is up, the pageant will begin and the money will not be returned.

From the moment the candidate is registered for the pageant, he has to comply with the competition rules. If a candidate does not comply with the competition rules or the program, the candidate may be expelled and will not be entitled to a refund.

If the contents are not submitted before the deadline, the candidate will be disqualified and without the right to awards.

Penalties

The jury will be who values our candidates. Moreover, the organization can penalize with points if any candidate do not follow the guidelines of the pageant or breach any requirement. The penalties are:

- Submitting of the contents out of time: 3 points
- Does not follow some requirement of a content: 3 points
- Content not submitted, the score of the round will be 0

Winners

If a winner does not fulfill their obligations after winning, the winnner may lose the title of queen/king.
